Please read the following instructions carefully.

The symposium will take place at Istanbul Ticaret University’s Sâdâbâd Campus in Sütlüce, in the 6th Floor Conference Hall and the 5th Floor Sâdâbâd Meeting Room. Registration and opening procedures will be held in the 6th Floor Conference Hall area, and subsequent sessions will continue in both rooms.

Speakers and participants who have registered for the symposium will be provided with a link to access the session for remote presentations. If you have not received the session access link prior to the symposium date, please notify ahilik@ticaret.edu.tr.

To ensure presentations run smoothly, please consider the following points:

Please note the date, time, and session information listed in the program

Please be present in the relevant session room or online web session at least 15 minutes before your presentation begins and introduce yourself to the session chair

Please ensure that the final version of your presentation file is loaded onto a USB drive and that you have it with you. Deliver your presentation files to the hall attendant before your presentation session

Each presentation is 15 minutes long. It is recommended that the presentation time be limited to a maximum of 12 minutes, with a maximum of 3 minutes for questions and answers. Care should be taken not to exceed this time to avoid disrupting subsequent sessions

Presentations will be recorded. Where appropriate, they may be published on the university's online platforms. If you do not wish for any content related to the symposium (photos, videos, etc.) to be published, please notify us in advance at ahilik@ticaret.edu.tr

Remote online participants can request support at ahilik@ticaret.edu.tr if they experience any connection issues
